We will personally welcome you to the house. Check-in is flexible, starting from 16:00.
For arrivals scheduled after 22:00, an additional fee is applicable and should be settled in cash upon arrival:


•    €30 from 22:00 to 1:00
•    €50 after 1:00


Check-out is at 11:00 in the morning. Upon departure, kindly leave the keys on the living room table and close the door behind you.

Garage

We provide a complimentary, secure parking space, covered and monitored 24/7, just a four-minute walk from the house. To ensure your reservation, kindly share your vehicle's license plate number the day before your arrival.


The garage is equipped with an automatic license plate detection system, ensuring the door opens seamlessly, offering you the flexibility to come and go as often as you please during your stay at Barcelona Beach Home.


For those in need of an extra parking space, it can be requested for an additional fee of €15 per day."

House Rules

Hosting any type of parties is strictly prohibited.

Smoking is permitted only on the terrace and balcony. Failure to comply with this rule will result in an additional charge of €200.

The maximum number of guests is 8 under any circumstances.

Failure to adhere to these rules will result in the termination of the stay without any refund.

Barcelona Tourist Tax

We inform you that in the city of Barcelona, a mandatory tourist tax is applied. This tax amounts to €5,50 per person per night and must be added to the total cost of the stay. The payment must be made IN CASH upon arrival. Children under 16 are exempt, and the tax is applicable for a maximum of seven nights.
